List of documents for cargo processing in the ports
For import cargo
- full set (3 originals) of bill of lading, duly endorsed by consignee (on b/l back side) - shipper's release instructions (in case "consignee" b/l's column is filed as "TO ORDER") - cargo refusal letter of initial consignee (subject consignee in b/l has been changed) - cargo acceptance letter from newly nominated consignee - commercial invoice, interpreted to Russian (Ukrainian) language - packing list, interpreted to Russian (Ukrainian) language - merchant's power of attorney on cargo port processing - copy of consignee's customs accreditation card, duly endorsed - certificate of origin, interpreted to Russian (Ukrainian) language - quality certificate (applicable not for all types of import cargo) - health certificate (required for import foodstuffs) with marks on dates of manufacture and expiration - certificate of conformity of UkrSEPRO type, which should be issued by the governmental center of standardization, metrology and certification (if import range of cargo is subject to obligatory governmental certification) - import quarantine license (applicable for import cargo of vegetative origin like tea, coffee, cacao, spicery, flour (and it's prods), etc...) - sanitary and hygienic conclusion report (applicable not for all types of import cargo) - phytosanitary certificate (applicable for import cargo of vegetative origin) - veterinary certificate (applicable for import cargo of animal origin) - preliminary customs declaration form - letter of conformance (applicable if import cargo to be placed at customs bonded warehouse)
For transit cargo
- full set (3 originals) of bill of lading, duly endorsed by consignee (on b/l back side) - shipper's release instructions (in case "consignee" b/l's column is filed as "TO ORDER") - cargo refusal letter of initial consignee (subject consignee in b/l has been changed) - cargo acceptance letter from newly nominated consignee - commercial invoice, interpreted to Russian (Ukrainian) language - packing list, interpreted to Russian (Ukrainian) language - merchant's power of attorney on cargo port processing - copy of certificate of origin, interpreted to Russian (Ukrainian) language - copy of quality certificate (applicable not for all types of transit cargo) - health certificate (required for transit foodstuffs) with marks on dates of manufacture and expiration - phytosanitary certificate (applicable for transit cargo of vegetative origin) - veterinary certificate (applicable for transit cargo of animal origin) - merchant's letter of commitment on payment of detention charges (48 free hours are granted for cargo customs clearance and off-load) and liner demurrage (if any)
For export cargo
- merchant's power of attorney on cargo port processing - export cargo customs declaration form - shipper's CMR or waybill - commercial invoice, interpreted to Russian (Ukrainian) language - packing list - phytosanitary certificate (applicable for export cargo of vegetative origin) - veterinary certificate (applicable for exported cargo of animal origin) - merchant's duly endorsed instructions for cargo documents (CMR, waybill, railway bill, bill of lading) issuance
